  1) Provide your shipping information, spa make and model.
2) Select the desired cover color to coordinate with your cabinet.
3) Determine the standard shape of your spa.
4) Measure and enter the dimensions of your spa shell, flap length and tie downs in the spaces provided below. Click Here for Carefree's "How To Measure Guide."
5) Select your foam density, flap and tie-down length.  Select delivery options and add additional accessories.
6) Submit your order form.		  

Yes, I want to order a high quality custom made spa cover from Carefree!  All covers must be paid in full before the order is submitted to the cover manufacturer. Carefree Spas will not accept returns on covers measured or ordered incorrectly.  Do not rely upon the existing spa cover or spa manufacturer's brochure for accurate measurements. A standard fold cover folds in half even with the control panel. In some cases a "reverse fold" is required for spas in an odd position or space limitations. See How To Measure Tips.

° Your cover requires cut-outs or hoods for speakers or hand rails.
° Your cover measures larger than 96" in any direction.
° Your cover is not completely flat on the bottom.
° Your cover shape is not shown.
° Your cover has more than two pieces.
° Your want to see if your cover size is in stock.
° There are other special conditions.

I acknowledge that the custom measurements and specifications provided herein are accurate.  Carefree Spas will not accept returns on covers that are measured or ordered incorrectly. Carefree Spas guarantees we will order your custom spa cover according the measurements you give us. We will call you to confirm your measurements and order.
Pick Up or Delivery Notes:  Covers may be picked up at our Highlands Ranch store. If you want to have your cover delivered, a $50.00 local residential fee will be assessed for drop off at your doorstep.  Add $25 for Clear Creek, El Paso County.  Add $50 for Grand, Gilpin, Summit and Eagle County. An additional fee of $50.00 is assessed if cover disposal service is required.  If you want the cover installed into your cover lift a $25.00 fee is assessed.
Please allow 3-4 weeks for shipment from the spa cover factory.
